Dr. Skinner earned her Ph.D. in educational Leadership from Old Dominion University in 2009. Dr. Skinner was trained in Reader's & Writer's Workshop by Teachers College, Columbia University and is has earned a Certification in Literacy from Rutgers University. As a Supervisor of Instruction, Dr. Skinner is on the cutting-edge of the latest issues facing public schools.
